Our Terms are quite simple:
- Full address including Telphone/Cellphone numbers must be included on the enquiry form.
- A deposit of £10.00 (US$19.00) must be sent before any research commences.
- Remainder of Account to be cleared within 7 days of completion.
- There are no refunds on payments for Documents, Certificates, Photocopies, Scans or photographs.
- If dissatisfied with completed work a negotiated refund of time factor is possible.
- Your order is a binding contract under English law.
- Place of Mediation is and remains the United Kingdom.
